Well, for one thing, the Skill Point distribution is pretty much the same.

Same point distribution as LoD.
I'm not sure about the items, i've been reading up on so many high reputation items... they are hard to get and do take some time to find or trade.
Bone necro fair enough, general consensus is to max resist, cast rate, life and blocking. Go for items of those properties.
