hey guys.. i just wanted to ask.. which had always been bugging me.. which build is better.. a blizz or frozen orb sorc? thx..

Blizzard is hard to hit people because they move to fast yet orb is more accurate. Blizzard deals out bigger blows where as orb does not. If the people don't use sorb orb is the way to go. But if they use sorb blizzard might kill them but maybe not. So its more or less to my point of veiw, undecided.:confused:

ohh.. so if the dmg of orb is e.g 300 then is it each ice bolt of orb does that dmg?

from my points of view i think orb sorc and blizz sorc are different!orb sorc is for duels while blizz is for mf etc..blizz sorc cant kill a bug in duel.

I've always used an Orb/Blizz sorc for both in 1.10 go for maxing glacial spike last,you can cast ice bolt right after blizz with no delay.Having orb and blizz for both pvp and mf has been one the best cold sorcs I've had.
Edit well 2 sorcs cause there both the same build just different gear on each

orb sorces suck orb is very easy to dodge.... just nail people with blizz when they stop at one point to cast it.

Orb isn't easy to dodge if you have someone with more than half a brain using the orb sorc.

I have a sorc with those skills, and very high cast rate and she own ussually all, even though she use bad items(wich means its easy to kill me once you manage to get 1 hit).

Wow, so many naive people here. Orb is a TIME BASED spell, so FCR is pretty much useless for it. And when silver and I say HIT with orb, it doesn't mean you get hit with an ice bolt or two, it means when the full force hits you. Blizzard is ALWAYS at full force (as in shown damage) when you get hit by a spike and orb is too random and you have to make sure the person is HIT by the Casted actual orb. It's way to innacurate and easy to dodge.

I prefer orb because it kills things faster. Even when you cast blizzard over something, it still hits randomly.

man its ur opinion. but i would say a bliz sorc cause u would have to get 10 grand skill charms 4 an orb sorc to make her good. Blizz sorces just good on their own

FCR is because teleporting fast (and casting a orb), then teleport away. (of course i meen PvP)
