Yeah when blizz says open beta I would expect anyone to be able to sign up at any time.

It was open for about 2 days. They got so many people you just missed out.
And its only one person on the account at a time. If 2 people are on, one gets booted.

Well apparently 1 day after release they had over 500,000 people... so I don't doubt they closed, but they should have close the link, not continue letting people dl it.
