Im on non-ladder from what i heard on ladder u can "up" items but i never heard of it in nl. i saw people with up'd items such as titans, soul spurs etc. on nl. is it a hack or is there a way to up things on nl? or do u just find up items? please reply ty.

upgrade unique item to exception for armors... i.e boots, gloves, shields, helms, tal+shael+perf diamond. this is non ladder recipie and ladder one
the unique weapon to unique exceptional weapon is non ladder too.
upgrade unique exceptional to unique elite armor : lem+ko+perf diamond.. (ladder only)
upgrade unique exceptional to unique elite weapon: lum pul+perf emerald.(ladder only)
