i understand what you are talking about, and the time thing is because man of the year is the most influencial man that year. One that is sure to be remembered in history. So its not necessarily a good person, i believe if you check your history sadam hussein has been time's man of the year in a previous year. Also one of russia leaders was one too, i think it was kruchev. so yeah...bush has the IQ of a lobster but he can be man of the year.
