Lost my gear and body dissapeared? - tungsten - 01-05-2005
My Barb had full Hwanin's set, just reached Hell, went through teleport in Act 1 to kill Andreal and died.
The user who set up teleport left the game so I couldn't retreve my body.
Played for about 15 min, died a few more times and eventually someone joined party and opened a tp, when I went down no body...and when I left the game no gear reimerged??
Anyone experienced something like this?
The set was genuine as i found the parts myself and thought I would give the set a go despite it being average.

thats never happened to me...then again i only play on tcp/ip games and no open/gateway games.

i have both completely legit and completely out of this world hacked characters. my new zeal/freeze pally is legit.

hmm if u die too many times sometimes ur body pops so u lose all ur items, it happened to my friend

I only died about 3-5 times, I did equip a couple of items but i don't believe that would cause the problem, guess i was just unlucky.

also with tcp/ip I can still pump monster difficulty up to 8players and have a real challange.
