Fade, because you wont be hitting anyone and the faster w/r wont matter because if your going to duel most ppl will use enigma on you. And fade has the hidden DR so 20 fade=20 DR.

For Traps FCR isn't what its based off, its based of Ias. But go with Fade much better..

max bos after ur done... with some characters u can just mb them when they tele, but some run fast, gear is fine for ur budget.

-Traps + Synergys maxed @ lvl70
-Mind Blast , ClawBlock and Fade ( 1pt each ) @ lvl77

What to do with others 4-5 skills left???
More pts in Fade???More pts in BoS???
Pts in Shadows???

I think BoS is best.
It makes you cast traps faster, you run faster AND you dont need to put 20 point into it, since after lvl.10 it almost dont raise more.
Rater put points into BoS and Weapon Block, than Fade.

i think bos.. my trapper also use 2 claws but not nigma, she uses coh, with 2/20/30frw circ, bone nails, & 6 7%frw trap gcs,( still need 4) basically shes a runner lol but shes pretty good..

I personally like fade better. I use claws with +3 traps and ias (forget how much) i might shael them but i doubt it. I also use bloodfists for ias. with that you get pretty quick trap cast. Id say 10 in fade cause after that you get diminishing returns and either way after the 81 pnts in traps and the 3 it takes to get Mind Blast you end up at lvl 84 or so if you did the skill quests. Claw block i think is useless cause no one should be getting close enough to hit u melee but either way theres 1 pnt from working your way up 2 fade, good enough same with BoS. This is the basic setp im using now and works great. I cast BoS, cast traps then cast fade.

Screw Burst, it doesn't matter how fast you can cast traps, because all most trapsins do is nk and tg.

Every GOOD trapper I've ever dueled uses fade, so my FOH can't kill them in one hit.

burst:gives dr ias and r/w
fade: gives resists

u can get resists from scs, u cant get dr ias and r/w from scs.
use burst

1 Fire Blast ( pre-required )
20 Lightning Sentry ( Main Skill )
20 Death Sentry ( Synergy......duh )
20 Shock Web ( Synergy......duh )
20 Charged Bolt Sentry ( Synergy......duh )
1 Psychic Hammer ( pre-required )
1 Claw Mastery ( pre-required )
1 Weapon Block ( usefull.....Around 40-50% to block with 2 claws of 3traps each....hehe )
1 Cloack of Shadows ( pre-required )
1 Mind Blast ( Used 4 stunning in PvP )
Leftovers in Burst Of Speed ( Good 4 Ias / Frw / ??DR?? )

That makes BoS lvl5 ( w/o alls skills ) @ lvl80

Should I put 1 point on Shadow Warrior so he can make 5 traps too.....total of 10 traps.....
Is that a good idea????

Thats not true, its Fade wich gives dmg reduce.

Yes, its right. You get dmg reduce % for skill+ items also.

I seen some good trappers wich uses fade, but they are hybrid chars.
They use something like this:

Skills:
20 Lightning Sentry
20 Death Sentry
20 Charged Bolt Sentry
20 Shock Web

And after this the hybrid stuff starts:
1 Weapon Block (skill+ items do the rest)
1 Venom
This is avible at lvl 74.

Rest of the point they put into Fade untill they reach 50% dmg reduce with eqipment and skills.
If they shoud happen to go on and lvl, they use those points into Venom.

Items:
Helm:
Griffons socket with 5/5 facet
Weapon:
Chaos with DF
Weapon:
3+Traps, 3+ Lightning socket with 2-3 5/5 facets
Armor:
Chains of Honor
Gloves:
Am not sure, but i think its Draculas or some crafted Shaddow Dissipline gloves.
Belt:
Verdungo 15% (for the dmg reduce)
Boots:
Upped Rider or Shadow Dancer.
Amulet:
Mara`s/Angelic
Rings:
1 Raven Frost
1 BK/Angelic

Inventory is full with trap skillers and one annihilus.

Okay, I know so many people are going to be fools and argue against this..but Griffons and Lightning Facets DO NOT give any + dmg to the actal traps. It SAYS it does, but it really doesn't..

facets dont give it more damage but the -resist works still works if they want but i still perfer people putting ias jewels in them or resist 4 trapper
