X equaling your member ID. If someone signs up via that URL you get a credit for it, which is displayed in your forum profile.
Credits are basically useless at the moment, other than showing that you are bringing people to the forums! :glasses2:
Maybe when someone gets X amount of referrals they get an Item or something?
