can anyone explain this - Silver Ice - 02-05-2005 http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ im looking on how to change the admins password or blank it out ive read through the steps a few times but im a bit confused as to what to do. if anyone could interpret a few ways to do this (i have winxp cd anyway) it would be appreciated. also how do i load the program to change the password onto the comp or do i burn it onto a cd. can anyone explain this - CheshireCat - 02-05-2005 Burn it on a disc or put it on a floppy and boot with it. Then follow the steps. can anyone explain this - Obfuscate - 02-05-2005 It sounds like an NT boot disk for when someone on your NT server forgets their password you would use this to find out their password for them and their username also if need be. Then if you wanted to you could change it to w/e you please. But yes it needs to be on a floppy or cd. Its a good thing for a tech support guy to carry in "Bag o' Tricks". can anyone explain this - Silver Ice - 02-06-2005 CheshireCat Wrote:Burn it on a disc or put it on a floppy and boot with it.
