How To Start A new Website - X.x G o D x.X - 02-13-2005 OK I have now joined a clan in warcraft 3 and i would like to know how to make a website because my clan needs me to do lots and i will be a shaman and all that good stuff but anyways if some one will show me how to make a website or were to make one i will be more then happy to give a rep or even some points i kinda wanna make it like this site ( cause it is so freaking cool ) but if someone can teach me how like i said i will pay decent points and/or rep thx How To Start A new Website - Obfuscate - 02-13-2005 A good program to start with when just starting to learn how to make websites is FrontPage. A more advanced program that some think is better to start with is Dreamweaver. If you are just looking to learn html, php, xml and javascript code and type it out by hand, which personally I think is the best way to do it, go to www.webmonkey.com. they have toutorials ranging from basic to highly advacned. It is usually better if you get a free forum creator like the one used to create this forum and simply use that in your web page. I did not even go out and find out the pricing for server space and bandwidth. That can run you another $20-$100+ a month on top of the cost for the forum. Even if you set up your own server you still have to pay for your own .com or .net address and that can run another $100-$500+ a year, I know sometimes you can buy the address out right but that can cost ALOT more than "renting" it a year at a time.
