Can anyone give me the buid for a non-ladder rabies druid? Plz include the stats, skills, and items he needs. Also i am rich so don't worry about the cost of items. Another thing is i don't want him to have a slow attack speed:confused: so he needs to be half way decent when it comes to attack speed.THX

Yes, except exchange the weapon for a Shael'd Phase Blade. Otherwise you won't stand a chance.
