for sure there will soul caliber 3 on xbox too, just like GTA san andreas, months b4 they release it on xbox(i think this coming june), after they released it on ps2.. so maybe when they release SC3, just listen to the ppl who got stories bout it on ps2, & get envy, lol j/k :p

Well who wants to play as Heihachi? (Sp?) I didn't even like him in Tekken.
Plus who the Hell would choose him over Spawn or Link? I got the X-Box version so I could play as Spawn...because I'm a Todd McFarlene nut.
You do have to realize though the whole series has jumped from platform to platform.

soul caliber 2 was crap because they tried to expand on every system. Soul Caliber 3 is supposed to be the best of all the Soul Calibers. they're not going to do that stupid different characters for each game console.

wow flea, your not even a big member here, you need to get your shit straight. ok soul caliber was a good game, i dont think it should have a plot b/c its a fighting game; that gets old fast. I think it should work on speeding up the online capabilities so it doesnt lag and take out the whole"plot" it has. make it into atleast a third person adventure game, to a degree ofcourse (as we all know fighitng games turned adven blow ***).

A game without a plot makes it just a bunch of random people fighting for no reason. And anyway I like the adventure mode, or whatever it's called. If you remove plot from a game you lose substance, like who cares to beat the game with every character if there are no endings? I do that with every fighting game, beat it to get the endings. I enjoy watching an FMV sequence of my character returning home or something at the end of the game.

I think the X-Box controller reminds me more of the Dreamcast controllers so it was very easy to get comfortable with them after having played Sould Calibur so much.
Oh...and claiming that they are "add ons and copies" is just ignorant. I don't think anything from the PS2 was "copied" except maybe the DVD feature.

acually......hihatchi (sp?) is one of the better characters, if ya know how to use him.....i've seen an awesome player, own everyone w/ hihatchi. Plus it gives you more of a challenge. he is close combat and practically everyone else has some type of range

yea hiachi has an insane 16 hit combo....still havent figured out how to do it yet..and i doubt that i will...anyway...saying that the xbox and gamecube consoles "copied" off of the PS2 is just plain stupid cuz all of the consoles have agreements to have that game on their consoles...soul calibers company obviously sold it to all 3 systems to make more money. and if they did copy it EXACTLY as they did (except for characters), dont you think they would get sued? lol
