How large a file is hero editor... and how come when i play open when i enter a game a few minutes later i get a popup saying We got a big problem here from bnet?

Hero Editor is about as big as AIM. (4 MB) And I get the same error sometimes, but it is from c3p0 malfunctioning, not bnet.
