best pvp.. i havent dueled in a while but sometimes i think fireballs shoot just as fast as lightning does. but id have to say light sorcs are the best. the most talentless caster is the foher. and the lamest pvp char is a summoner.

orb has casting delay, which a skilled player will easliy take advantage of ... also FB has much better range, while orb you have to risk getting close to your opponent.

To be theoretical, all of this comes down to player skill. Doesn't matter which spell you're using..could be using ice bolt and still win. If you're a skilled player you're GOING to win.

That is very true, its all about the player's ability.
But if I were to choose the best caster I would say pnb necro with and enigma, because you cannot have resists to their magic.
My personal favorite is the es orber tho, mine used to have 4k mana and 1.6k life while doing 1550 dmg on orb. That was amazing

best caster = FOH... hands down... some ppl say FOH is cheap and a noobish skill. I disagree, but everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I'll say it again: FOH = complete destruction of all other casters (except wind druid if you count that as a caster)

Yea FOH is pretty good VS casters but YES they are cheap because you can hold shift and click and if they go IN THE AREA [not click on em] in the AREA of the mouse you attack them, and does enough damage, so IMO they are cheap as shit and I hate them with a passion, and because they cheap shit also are the best.

but see, the thing is, if you DO hold down shift and click away, the other caster should be smart enuff to kill you easily (since you stop moving). Also, FOH doesn't do THAT much dmg, only about 4000-5000 k at level 42.... ok... maybe that is a lot. But it's frickin slow, and you can't speed it up!
