4-8 coldplains in a cow game
9-15 trist runz
15-20 canyon runz
20-25 cowz
25 ancients
26-40 norm baal if you want to try and go for 50
40(50)-60 nm cowz
60-75 baal nm
60 nm ancients
75-99 baal runz or cowz

And if you play in USEast on Ladder, the currency is the Stone of Jordan ring (which gives +1 to all skills) OR High runes, which are Ist rune and above.

most people start off with a barb but i find them boring imo. try a sorc or druid and find what you like
