i had some points in the bank. when i tried to see how many i had it wouldn't respond. if you would look into that i would appreciate it.

1) edit that post and put it into sentences, I have no idea what you just said.
2) most times, try refreshing the bank page. If you got warned, you cant go to the ushop or bank or anything.

if you have points in the bank and u get banned what happens to the points?

The points stay in the bank, but you can't get to then because you have too many warnings, and therefore banned. If you wish to access your bank, then stop getting warned
