hi guys, i just joined this forum.
From what little i have read, you guys are probaly sick of this kind of thread, i'm very sorry.
to get to the point. I just downloaded the HE. i have never done anything like this before so i'm compeletely dark on this subject. How i thought i used this program was that i opened it, opened a char file, made modifications, saved then turn on the game to find my godly char waiting. i got to the part where I saved. but when i turned the game on, there were no chars to select from. I didn't get automatically get transferred to the creat new char screen. but there still werent any chars to select and play with. Any ideas on how this might have happened? Can you guys tell me how this thing works and tell me the VERY basics like how i start it, an example of changing a very basic stat, the most importantly, how to save the modified char then play it? TY in advance.

You might be saving the characters in the wrong folder.
