Ladder reset not too long ago, man. I agree with WoW blizzard has put everything else on the back burner, but way too many people still play D2 to forget about it. There will (probably) never be a new patch again; and we'll be lucky to get a D3, but I seriously doubt Blizzard will never reset ladder again. Actually, it wouldn't surprise me if ladder gets reset before Fall of this very year.

Added to what others said, they could simply reset ladder but just not add any items/recipes, which I figure simply resetting the ladder chars, which wouldn't take too much work. On top of that, WoW is getting criticisms, as it isn't the best game they have ever made, and (like any other game ever made) it has it's lagging and glitches which keeps it from being a "perfect" piece of work.

I don't think you need a patch for Diablo, because they basically wiped out all the hacked items like white rings and stuff like that. All they need to do is reset the ladder and bring the ladder items down to non ladder

Blizzard should reset it during june so kids that go to school will be able to spend more time playing during the summer time and they won't be bored by summer.

Just curious, when ladder resets, what is everyone's favorite character to start off with? I personally used to get a sorc first so i could mf right away... but I guess I'll start off with my first mf hammerdin.

I usually like to start off with a sorc too. It is the best in my opinion to start out with for mfing. Then after I get some pretty good stuff I make a hammerdin and use that to mf because hammerdins have no immunes.

You can't start off with a hammerdin, because no one has enigma. And I'm beginning to think that blizz will make d3, not just because they listed it on gamespy, but because there are so many people that still play diablo after all of these years. THey don't make much money on diablo anymore, because it's free to play online, so if all of the diablo players went to d3, they'd make tons of money.

The ladder will reset. It wont take them long jsut to reset it becuz they have to give the nl people a chance to get some new items and runewords. I think if they dont restart ( which they will ) that they will lose half of there people from lack of runewords. I also think they will make a d3. Seeing on how diablo is having a whole lot of people, they might add a tag of 5 dollars a mounth or so, if they were smart they would hire a personal d3 crew, but they probably would just use it for wow or something, or just use it in the personal lives.
