I've seen perfect 15ed superior ones go for 10ish Runes.
But the odds of finding somone selling an eth superior zerker is very unlikely. It's hard as hell to find someone selling a just an eth one. I gave up and found my own. God bless The Pit!

I had found a Eth Zerker and I put 6 sockets in it. I made BOTD though and its 364% ed. I know i know its low, but if your interested in the BOTD tell me so.
