I am planning on buying Guild Wars, through ebay. Is this a good idea? The price is gonna be cheaper, but I was wonder if once I buy the game, I wont get to use it because someone has the cdkey already. I am not really sure how the cdkey thing works for that, can someone please help me out on this subject?

Do not buy it! The cd is NOT what you buy when you get guild wars, the cd key is! And you can only have 1 acc per cd key!
