You definitely can't get a hoz for iz, an eth ali baba is just the same as a normal one..just better damage. And the only ppl who use them are mf sorcs, that is if they double ist it.. anyways, you wont be able to get much with it...and alos, since someone will most likely socket it with 2 ist's, its still breakable..so..it sucks lol
