Yes, you do need a trainer to use the items you've downloaded! You can find trainers on this web sit. just go to downloads, then click on trainers and then download Hero Editor v80. After that all you have to do is install it and have a kick-*** time. Enjoy!!!

DarkTitan look for editors not trainers and btw cho trainers and editors are totaly different and he needs an editor like hero editor hint the editor in its name not (hero trainer, hero editor)
