1.11 problem - cyberfire2k4 - 08-02-2005
well, heard about the patch, and wanted to come back... (well wanted a ladder reset, but that didn't happen... but still wanted to play a bit) so i went and found my d2 cd's installed went to update the patch in game... it gave me the lame *** "you must reconnect to bnet blah blah blah", so i tried again, it once again told me to **** off... anyways
Went to battle.net and snagged the patch, thought this would make life easier... well it didn't, now i have the patch, but i am still unable to create an account (my account has long since been 90day'ed) and it again tells me to go reconnect to bnet, after that it will sit on "finding the fastest server" for as long as i allow it...
since i do not have a battle.net account i can't post on their forums for help, nor would i if i could, do due battle.net being a cess pool where no help is actually even given out... more of a person replying in every thread "check your connections !_! zomg router" and such...
well, any help would be much appreciated... i have an insane amount of points and would be willing to share to anyone that can help me (gogo bank intrest!)
