A cold sorc is the best for MFing, because of the Blizzard spell's ability to kill multiple enemies, and fast.

It's pretty much all just how you like your character, you should check the Sorceress guides thread (http://www.d2sector.net/forums/showthread.php?t=4661) to find the stat usage you like the most.
