Abstract Sig - lopolop - 08-11-2005 Photoshop 7.0 and Higher 1- First start with a new document. (I always have 400x130) 2- Next fill with Black. ![]() 3- Ctrl+Shift+N for new Layer. 4- Download or Grab a Abstract Brush. (You can find them at Deviantart.com) 5- Grab one brush from the set and Change color to white. 6- Click a few times around the Document, DONT DRAG. 7- Grab Another Brush Do the same in different spots. 8- Do so until the entire Document is covered, then Ctrl+Shift+N. ![]() 9- Grab a new brush and Black(do the same as 6 - 8. (Lighter tho)) ![]() 10- Just to make it lighter switch back to white and go over the black a little bit with white. ![]() (Optional)11- Some people may not want a Render in a abstract sig but i do. First find your render. I got mine from GameWallpaper.com Once you get your render or image... we need to cut the render out. It is very simple. Open a new document and paste the render image Out line your render with the lasso tool if it is cut a little around the edges... good its better blending. Then Right Click, Feather do 15 - 25 pixels. Ctrl+C. and go back to your Sig here paste your render. Resize it(Edit<Free Transform) and move it to where you like it. Then you can if you want place it behind your first layer for better blending.(Mess with the Opacity for what looks best) And also set the layer property to luminosity. ![]() 12- Now you want to get your color... there is many ways you can do this... First way is straight and easy. Layer<New Adjustment Layer<Colorbalance. Hit OK 13- Now i like blue so mine... is going to be blue, you change the colors to how you like. I Set mine up like so... ``MidTones: -50 / -17 / +42 ``Shadow: -50 / -26 / -11 ``HighLights: -16 / +10 / -25 (Note)*My Render isnt in there yet* ![]() 14- Save and your done... 15- Second way Different type of look...(MultiColor) after step 13 unclick the Eye next to the colorbalance and do Layer<New Adjustment Layer<Colorbalance again. Once there make a different color. Now do all that one more time so you have three different color, colorbalances. 16- Now check the eye on all three and click on the first colorbalance(do Filter<Render<Clouds) then click on the second and to the same(Filter<Render<Clouds) and click on the third Colorbalance etc. ![]() You may want to edit the colors again after but thats it.......................................
