I don't think we have any characters here, but anyway to download the character, download the .d2s file and save it to your "save" folder in the diablo 2 directory. Then you will be able to ply it on single player / open battle.net.

what i mean is, to download closed battlenet character and convert it to single play character. Do you think it is possible?

It's not. Blizzard keeps the character on there servers. However you can just get a D2 Character Editor, and hack yourself up one on single player that has the same stats and equipment.
Less that is, someone else has a better suggestion?
