Im saying PsP, the graphics are amazing, you can play movies and mp3's on it too. Plus i like sony wayyyyy more than nintendo. The only thing i like about nintendo is mario, and zelda.

Mario has sold about 750 million copies under the franchise name world wide, (I think that was the number) Pokemon was the only game to come that close under nintendo, Nintendo has the mario and Zelda stuff covered (Zelda is up there also)
I like DS because of the touching feature, it is good to touch, psp isn't good to touch. =p I wouldn't touch psp unless it payed me, but that is another story.

Firmware 2.0 has a browser built in. In my mind. PSP>DS. Burnout Legends is coming out in september. I'm getting the first day.

Handheld counsols=CONSOLS, not internet browsing or movie watching. I am sure that psp has better movie versatility...because DS is a gaming machine, not a dvd/mp3 player with internet on it.
The touch feature does it for me, two screens, and touching, Yoshi Touch and Go has a blow feature, (touching and blowing. =D) Nintendo is ahead of the game, they have the best person/game interaction for a hand help ever since.
Silence on your psp internet browsing, dvd player, it is all rubish, this is about gaming, not movies..

Why can't consoles play DVD's and MP3s? Xbox does it. PS2 plays DVDs. The only reason Gamecube doesnt play DVDs is because the disk intake is too small.

Yeah, I agree with PSP being the best choice for watching movies and browsing the internet.
BUt when it comes to consol gaming and game interaction than DS takes the cake.
If I want to watch movies I will do it at home with my dvd player, and if I want to browse the internet and listen to music I suppose I could use the computer.
There are so many things that play dvds and music and browse, why spend extra on a psp to do it for yo? WHy not save money on a ds, then bye a hand held computer, with the same features as a psp, but bettter?

Well first, a laptop = expensive secondly... its meant to be carried in your pocket not, in a bag.

I'd rather have the ability to play games with mindblowing gfx on a handheld and also have the ability to browse the net, listen to music and watch movies. Not many people see toucing a screen as very innovative. that srt of technology has been around for ages.
Of course its about more than gaming, its entertainment. Just like everything else. having the option to do other things on one small thing is great. Get bored of your game, Play some music, get bored of that? watch a movie. get bored of that? Browse the net (and maybe in the future) Play an online rpg?!
I'd rather have this than some pixelated little plumber stumbling around on a screen.

As far as I'm concerned the psp is way to expensive for a handheld, and I don't give a crap about mp3s and movies. Like I'm going to sit there for an hour and watch a movie on a tiny screen or use it for music when I can get a cd player at wal-mart for 15 bucks.
As far as gaming goes, atleast the DS has some good games out already.

psp is stupid ok with the features how long does the psp last ,batt life is crap all on that thing so what if it has the internet thats what my comp is for ,a dvd plyer 4 my dvd and a mp3 for my GOD DAMN music, all that you guys say is you pick the psp for its features that just stupid x-box ,psp, and ps2 should be called comps with there functions and as i have said in console wars nintendo is the last gaming company left , people who buy the GC buys it for the games
the DS is far better i tryied the psp i didnt like it felt weird i had a hard time playing it on a sunny day ,this price is outrageous and its batt life is pathic (dunno if they fixed that but oh well),people are one minded when it comes to gameing consoles ,my friend wont go near a GC saying that its crap compaired to x-box(back on topic)
the ds is better, the touch function, its batt life and its various features, well actually the DS is a handheld N64 , although the games arnt that great at the moment (i'll wait till some good ones come out) ,its chat function is usually nice.
