D2JSP Bot Regrets - rm-rf - 03-10-2004

I've recently decided to take on the task of botting to gather items to sell on Ebay because I need the extra cash. I bought the D2JSP bot for $25... BIG MISTAKE. This program will make you feel like you're beta testing. I've had to reach for the plug on numerous occasions because D2JSP had frozen my computer. I run Windows XP and I never have to reach for the plug for anything, not even Linux. What's worst is if you go to their "Live Chat" to get answers for an error/exception that had arisen while botting, if the channel operators don't know the answer, they'll try to blame you for the error. And, if the channel operators don’t like you, they’ll boot you from the room. I guess they don’t believe in the saying, “The customer is always right.”

The weird thing was after paying my $25, I had no friggin clue how I was going to get the “key” to unlock the program. I checked the FAQ file and other files that came with core .zip file and found no info on what I had to do to obtain the key. It wasn’t until I dug pretty deep into D2JSP’s forum that I had to send the “hash” in to get the key. PUT THAT IN THE FAQ OR THE README, YOU DIP$HIT$. I feel bad for those who have paid and are left waiting, but will never get the key because they don’t know that they have to send the hash in. This only leads me to believe that D2JSP is trying to scam people.

The bottom line is, don’t buy D2JSP no matter how tempted you might be. You’re wasting your money on a program that is waaaaaaay too buggy. The support for D2JSP blows. Be patient and wait for the crack to come out. I just want to warn curious botters out there.
