Question regarding charm ilvl. - Zambot - 09-13-2005
Well, not exclusively charms I suppose. Is item ilvl in direct (or, perhaps even indirect) relation to it's physical level requirement, or is it based on where the item was dropped? So say I get a +10 Life GC from Normal Blood Moor, but then I get a +10 Life GC from Hell [Baal] Minions, even though they were dropped at opposite ends of the spectrum, is their ilvl the same?
Does this apply to all items?

It applies to all items........
It depends of wich monster dropped it.........
Uber items like anni and torch are all ilvl110
Items dropped by hell-meph are ilvl87
Items dropped by hell-pindle are ilvl86
Items dropped by hell-baal(not minions.....him) are ilvl99
etc....
EDIT:
Btw, it has nothing to do with str or dex REQ and it's about useless......
