PvM Elemental Druid - Questor - 09-14-2005 I was looking at the druid builds and they both said they were good for PvP, I'm looking for an elementalist that is good for PvM. This seems logical: 1 Arctic Blast (pre req) 20 Cyclone Armor 20 Hurricane 20 twister 20 Tornado 20 Oak sage (max this last) But would I be better off cutting back a little to summon a bear for tanking or something? Although I see people that use the fire skills, that seems a bit more limited to me. Any thoughts? PvM Elemental Druid - masterchief26 - 09-14-2005 udontneed 20 cyclone armor (+skills will boost it) windy > fire PvM Elemental Druid - The-Grim-Reaper - 09-14-2005 err.. yes u really need to max cyclone armor. it adds to nado dmg and makes ur hurricane last for 50 seconds(WOW long time). wind is much better than fire. and i put 1 into spirit wolf so that i could have 5 wolves to take hits from fohers, etc. PvM Elemental Druid - masterchief26 - 09-14-2005 ooops my mistake srybout that othercoment PvM Elemental Druid - Freedom-Fighta - 09-15-2005 Go with the 5 spirit wolves. very good idea. I never go with one minon over 5. 1 minion is a distraction, 3 minions is a nusence, and 5 minions is croud control. I call this the three levels of suppression, the only freater one is this - 18 minions (my skelemancer) is a rout. |
