So I've been scouring the forums for a while now and can't find anyone who has asked this yet.
Is it possible to export legit items, namely ladder/realm only, from a closed char so that they can be used with open/single player chars? Now I know it must be possible since Item Vault 1.2 has items like Annhilus and Gheed's. Obviously I already got the item vault but half the fun is finding those things yourself, right? Also I'm not really interested in hacking or duping so much as getting all the legit items so I can use them in single player. I realize there's not much point in going legit on open bnet cuz everyone hacks anyway. I've basically been collecting items and using zonfire to save them, but am annoyed that there are a few that you can only get on the realms. Lemme know if anyone has any ideas, k? Thanks.

Lol, that was a stupid question. If you want legit items on open, download a 1.10 item pack and Hero Editor v0.82. Then import the item to your character. That simple.

and anyways why would u want to export items from closed bnet to single player im sure you would be allot happier importing items from single player ot closed bnet

Well basically I was just looking for a way to get an annhilus onto a single player char, without getting it from someone else's item pack. If I just get it from an item pack, that takes away all the fun of fighting DC and getting one myself, now doesn't it? I'm really just trying to collect all of the items and still maintain some minimal amount of legitimacy on my chars.

Guess I'll have to settle for that. But what if I wanted to make my own item pack just for kicks? Whoever makes these packs has to get the realm items somehow.
