i really would appreciate it if someone would make an item pack.... i wont download it unless its tested by alot of people and some of the people with alot of posts also. i just wanna have a lil fun on sp. people have told me that it would be on in like a week or 2 now its been like a month and a half (estimate guess i really dont know the exact time)

Google is your friend. There are many out there... MANY! Scared about viruses? Get a virus scanner. There are dozens for free. But simply demanding things won't get you what you want.
If all else fails, make your own sets, sheesh.

Download Hero Editor, read the Guide To Using Hero Editor thread, make your own items, and quit whining. You want something so bad, get it yourself.

Just use the 1.10 Item Vault Version 1.2 item pack.
There are no new uniques in 1.11
For Ladder runewords look under Mods section of the forum and get ladder runewrods mod.
Use heroeditor to make socketed normal items and produce as much runeword stuff as you wish.
