8-20 Cold Damage
7% Mana Steal
+13 life
+19 Resistance to all
25 lvl 2 Teleport charges
So, trade it or sell it? :confused:

Wow, sounds pretty good, nice + on the resist and teleport charges. Probalby costs a ton to repair, but still be handy as you could find a lot of places with 25 teleports.
