MM.Bot Error...Log Inside - rastafar-i - 09-30-2005

This is what continously happens when I try to run my bot. Anyone know how to fix this or even know what the root of the problem is? Thanks for your time.

you have to have your desktop set to at least 1024X768 resolution (i run 1280X1024 myself) and set to 16 bit color (not 32) Also if you have a decent videocard, when you installed diablo II you most likely selected direct3d mode. mm.bot needs to run in direct draw mode. go into your diablo II folder and run 'video test' and select direct draw from the options at the end.

For your in game config make sure to run on 800X600 resolution, not that original 640X480. (menu>options>video options).

if you already have all those settings correct, did you change anything in the sequences file?

Where does Menu>Options>Video Options
come into the picture? Where do I do this?

when you are in a game, press ESC to bring up the options/save and exit/return to game menu. click options, video options, and then at the top it says 'resolution ###X###' it may say 640X480 for you, if so click it and it will change to 800X600(the resolution the bot needs to run at)

you will know if your in the rght resolution, because the skills plus and stats plus will be on the bar on the bottom greyed out. also watch the bott and make sure that on the first run the when the inv pens up that it closes, sometimes it gets laggy and that happens. if it does close some running progs and make sure that d2 gets enough resources.
