Well, I know this has been considered many times, Hopefully many of you realize it, but for the amount that dont, Im just going to point it plain out, This may or may not be true, But it's a little of common sense.
MousePad
Why would MousePad charge 15.00 for Legit use of his Maphack? Obviously to Pay Blizzard, If you think about it, It's the perfect crime, MousePad pays Blizzard to stay alive, Blizzard get's CDKey's Banned, and people pay more money for more D2 Game's, only to get banned again and have to keep paying until they obviously realize it.
That may be true, or it may not, It's just my thoughts layed out right here.
Netter
I dont have much to say here, but in a recent thread found here http://www.blizzsector.co/showthread.php?t=23222
I saw that Netter was telling Blizzard that he'd quit using EasyMap for Money, I dont know what plain fool would do that, especially when Blizzard dosent care.
In my mind, both of them and mostly any Hack you pay for (Even D2JSP) Is probably paying Blizzard to stay alive, considering EVERYONE knows about them. Why else do you think they havent shut down MousePad yet? Exactly.
Share your thoughts and Idea's here, or just plain say "ZX YOUR A LIAR GOTO HELL", I dont really care, Im just laying my thoughts out here, and I hope other people will see it that way.

Well i doubt mousepad pays blizzard. But it cost 25$ a month to keep a website up and running and sometimes more then that and plus to buy the programs and hardware for his computer i mean give him a break he is just trying to make money on the side which some of use do. Like me i work on cars and install stereo systems. I used mouse pad for 3 years before patch never had any problems never been banned mousie takes pride in his work all i got to say.Netter on the other hand i am not sure about. One of the few points I am trying to make here is that why mousepad hasnt been threatened by a Lawsuit from Blizzard yet, Unless Blizzard is braindead and cannot realize it's one of the biggest Maphacks in history. And for Netter, neither do I.. I saw that "Pay me Blizzard" thing in his .DLL file, Truley it isnt fake.

Well slippy i am not sure whether they are paying or not but my assumption is that bliz does not care about the hacker cuase they are making bliz money from banning everyone then they have to go buy a new game thats why i dont think they are doing lawsuits,

Yes, infact Blizzard threatens hack sites with Lawsuit's VIA E-Mail, that's why alot of site's shut down, like BlizzHackers.com, they had to, or they'd get faced with a HUGE Lawsuit on theyre hands, and Blizzard would win, Trust me.

First...I'm a Mousepad donor and user.... I only find one really major flaw with your logic. that is every CD key costs money (unless he steals randoms which i doubt) as well hosting costs money...his site has no advertisments so its all based on MH dontions....as well he hides his Wherabouts very well....all Blizz has is his E-mail...
Netter i don't know about, but mousepad has show a great level of integrity with his work and level of his work....
Though it is a different way of thinking...but as far as i know Mousepad has never had anybody except with the new tempfix...which got people did what he advised against...
i just can't agree with you statement with all the reading i have done....

MH and bots creators don't get prosecuted because their softwares are perfectly legal, quite simply. The thiung that's illegal is to use them online. But, it's quite legal to make them. Ut doesn't have anything to do with them paying blizzard at all, altough recently njag used a part of the money to hire a lawyer to make sure d2jsp was still legal to make, as well as all the content on the site.
