I saw a mod, supposedly works on closed and is undetectable..... It's supposed to change colors of certain items, remove weather and full light and some other nifty things. Author says its a modified gfx.dll, but wouldn't warden catch onto that? The author clams no problems so far, I just don't see how its undetectible. Ne ideas? I don't wanna post the link incase it is bugged or whatnot n dont wanna get blamed for nething.

if its a modified dll they should have the capacity to detect it, if its intended to give the user an advantage i wouldn't personnaly recommend it.

Many terrain editing mods that you would normally use in Single Player or Open still edit the terrain in Closed, becuase the game uses these files from your computer, not Battle.net. The only files not accessed from your computer are the statistical drop rate ones, as well as items, mobs, characters, etc. These are all what's stored.

ok this is what i know about it.
It has a modified d2gfx.dll
Some modified txt files in th data/global and data/local folders.
It has the left click mod.
Changes the color of runes/charms/gems.
Full light, no weather.
Also has a drophack which the author warns against using, (he says that would be the only detectable part)

That's what I thought too yet people are claiming it works so far for them w/out being banned. (They have only been using it a week though confused

******* mod is detectable, all Warden has to do is look at the string table or anything else that this patch modifies. Just because it doesn't modify any code doesn't mean it is undetectable. I've seen Warden specifically open d2gfx.dll so I would recommend against using anything that modifies it.

im not trusting it at all. author was Black Mage from ******* and I just found out he's one of netters little cronies. so screw that mod, aint worth it.

iv never heard of it and iv looked at alot of hacks over the years (scams and legit) and that looks like a scam.i wouldnd use anything unless its made by like zoid or mousepad
