What would the value of this Tiara be? I'm on Europe SC Ladder.

Ya you got ripped off
the mods on it are perfect for bone caster (better then any other unique item) my god faster cast 20%!! 19str 25life res9 great mods. you could have sold it for lotta hrs

Yeah, but the problem is that there really aren't a lot of necros around, so it was EXTREMELY difficult to find a buyer... Also in Europe people aren't willing to pay that much... But thanks anyway.
