yea they can find ur age from ur mail profile and u can get banned but not for posting on threads.they can ban u on battle.net a guys copy-pasted all the bans possible on b.net on a thread.and what do u guess???an age ban was there too.it`s no. 12(every ban has a number acording to wich u can find out why u were banned.they`r in total 12 kind of possible bans)

Isint the M rating more of a warning to parents that the game contains inapropriate material? Younger kids cant buy it from a store, but if their parents buy it, they can play it.

Lol, can't you buy Diablo II if you're not old enough where you come from? You can in Denmark, where I come from. You just take the game go to the desk and pay for it
