Make the tutorial from artwork you make as you go along, the reason will be obvious soon enough. Go through the tutorial step by step. If you have to add a marquee, if you have to do clouds, etc. Every step of the way. Take screenshots and put them in your tutorial for each step available. Highlight a button if applicable (#2 make sense now?) Be sure to show a finished product, so the readers know somewhat what to expect. Clarify any questions proposed by the readers.
