I no that pindle has always been able to drop every item and TC in the game. Has he been Nerfed or can he still? I know his odds are low to begin with. Thx to anyone who knows.

im preety sure he still can, except for some charms he was never able to drop, like extremely high lightnin dmg scs. if u really want a monster who can drop absolutly anything, its nihlatak (or baal =)

Your wrong. EVERY super unique from act 4 up to act 5 can drpo EVERYTING because they are all lvl 99. Some of these monsters are:
Hephaisto
Eldricht
Shenk
Threshsocket
Pindle
Nila
Baal
Dia
Lister
Colenzo
Achmel
Bartuc
Ventar
Every unique which spawns out of the sigils in CS

Hmmm... I'm not sure whether this is correct or not... Eldritch has always had a worse drop than Pindleskin, ever since 1.09, and I don't think that they changed it on 1.10 or 1.11. It's not only about their cLvl, but also it's the TC that counts. Baal and Nihlathak are the only monsters in the game (as far as I remember) that have a TC that is at their own level, which is 99 (95 in 1.09 I believe).

Diablo can't drop Griffon's Eye. Or Tyraels. Or a lot of shit for that matter. Same with the rest of those monsters.
