What I mean is, he does not use his druid anymore and I do not use my necro. Is there a way to get his druid on my account and my necro on his account. Again can it be done legally? Illegally there might but not sure.

what? you think you can just like, cut and paste his char from his account to yours? the only way you can do this is to trade accounts, not characters.
