Look at how the forums are layed out.. looks kinda familiar aye... I think its neon from these forums not sure... They better hope they payed for vbulletin because that site has now been reported to thier piracy department to check up on the licence :p
EDIT: At a closer look you can see a few of the descriptions for forums are a lame copy paste job too.

It Is Confirmed That It Is The Same Neon.. Neon Who is In Clan VoN and same with kyle_zalucha who is on that site as KZ looked at his ava and msn so its for sure. KZ is a supermod on that site so he didnt just join it
