Rarest Small charm of the game? - L4E - 11-30-2005
I was just wondering if anyone has ever found a Red Small Charm, red being the suffix mod, Or a Shocking Small charm? red and shocking mods require the item to be dropped by a lvl 90 monster, wich makes them the rarest mods possible on a small charm. if anyone has found these i would like to know and if possible see a pic of one. and fyi Shocking = 44-71 Light dmg and Red = +1 to Minimum dmg.

i got one before, it was a 251 poison damage over 10 seconds
and another one 195 poison damage over 8 seconds + 5 all resist
that is it xD, but the second one i didnt find i just traded

If it was private, it was cheated b/c the 5 all ress thingy is a prefix and 175 psn dmg over 6 secs is max and it's a prefix, too and you can't have 2 prefixes so stop talking shit idiot

it isnt shit i just found it in a private server ( a year ago ) since when i started at blizz i never found scs like that anymore

actually i found a 1-42 lightning damage 5%fhr it was called shocking small charm of balance sold it for quite a few

Im with tuna, i found a shocking small charm of balance, which was 1-39 light dam and 5%fhr, it got me a pul rune.

You sure that those are the rarest mods available? I just saw this on Arreat Summit:
Hibernal +8-10 Minimum and +15-20 Maximum Cold Damage - 1 Second Duration Small Charms(91)
Seen this mod on weapons before, but never a Small Charm.

edit: Hibernal is the highest prefix, and Craftsmanship is the highest suffix.
Craftsmanship +1 To Maximum Damage Small Charms(85)
So technically speaking, the rarest SC would be one with *both* prefix and suffix.

ur right the hibernal has a lvl 91, i hadnt noticed it, and as for craftsmanship suffix, it sucks too much so i didnt mention it lol
but ur all not answering my question, i didnt ask whats the best sc u found, i asked if anyone found a SHOCKING sc or a RED sc, they were even in bold so instead of just reading the title read the post.. so has anyone ever seen or had these? (hibernal too)
