Nec Summoner Questions - philipoo - 11-30-2005
I haf a couple questions, one is about gear and other bout skill points.
So, I heard that using a beast for a nec summoner is good, but i was wondering if ur supposed to get a beast with high str req's or low str req's?
Ok second question. I was looking through guides n like i wuz wondering. If u wanna kill stuff to make ur summons, wut skill woud u use? Like one of the guides said to max corpse explosion, buh another one said bone spirit. So which one shoud u max? Oh yah another question. R u supposed max out mage? Cuz like the sticky guide said not to buh like 3 other ones said to. If ne one coud help me Thanx

First, beast on a necro should be a low str req axe preferably a double axe or something of the like.
Second, why whould u use corpse explosion to kill stuff, you actually need Corpses to use the skill. (Summoner blowing up corpses instead of raising skellys?) You could use a golem to kill some fallens probably with amp dmg instead of spirit, depends if u wanna waste some preq. skills into bone skills.
Third, skills are up to you, the more skellys, the laggier so if u want some extra mages, go for it

mages are a waste of time in my opinion. your extra skill points should either go into bone armor and its synergys, golem, or you could try a hybrid with p&b like i am experimenting with now. no offense but you sound like a bit of a newb so i would go bone armor if i were you
