max is 16 for the med. on the insight
Jedi Correction: Maximum level for Meditation on an Insight is 17, not 16. Minimum level is 12.

depends on dmg, and aura slightly...aura dusnt really matter, it still basically=infinite mana. for a pcomb, prob a low dmg 1, around 500 mayb? ed is important but what matters most is overall dmg
