Torch Firestorm Damage - Darksin - 01-03-2006
I've noticed that the Lvl 10 Firestorm that comes off the Torch happens to deal much more damage than it should. Like the firestorm is much higher than Lvl 10 it seems. Can the Firestorm Damage be Enhanced by Fire Mastery, Holy Fire, or any other mod that would make it seem so much more powerful?

because it's diablo's firestorm, not the ordinary druid's firestorm
