when i turn with trang set into "vampire" i noticed that my cast rate slows down... is this a % slowdown or does my cast rate stay always that slow if i added fcr items? also if i cast multyple psn novas then this does no more dam? but when two poison necros work together does this do 2x dam?

you dont need fcr with a psn nova necro anyways because if you cast more than 1 psn nova it does not stack the 2nd just over-rules the first etc
i dont know about 2 nova necs...i'd imagine it is the same thing and only 1 nova will be "active" at the same time...kinda like when pallys have the same aura on you still only get 1
