Connection problems with d2 - absinthe - 03-02-2006
i just installed a new motherboard and hardrive into my computer, and haven't played d2 for awhile but since i re downloaded it i can't connect to b.net i have cable internet and when i click on go on battle.net it gets to the checking versions and never gets past that can someone help me. im nto sure how to get it to connect thanks.

check your antivirus. if its the newer type, it could be from the firewall or antivirus or even a security program blocking your internet connection to bnet. you may have to add an exclusin to the firewall or security
