To make them cast traps faster, do they need FCR or IAS? Me and my friend were arguing about it a while ago and I thought it was FCR, but I'm not sure, what is it?

traps spawn faster through IAS. im afraid i couldnt find any information to prove what im saying on the arreat summit, but u can try it out urself, try casting a trap with burst of speed and without
soemthing i did find on arreat summit tho, quite interesting too is this
