shadow..... man i dont care if this isn't flame boards, you're a fag. I'm a newb, ICP is prolly just getting his footing, and you think you are almighty? Do us a favor and never post here again. As far as lightning sorcs.... they're definetely the weakest of the three elements.

if so use a 6 shael crystal sword
if not use a plight eshutas with p light jewel in it

For ICP's sake, if I were to do a lite sorc, id max out:
Lightining
Chain Lightning
Lightning Mastery
Then I'd Put 10 into charged bolt, 10 into nova
And lastly I'd put 1 into frozen armor and 1 into energy shield...After that put pts where u see fit in the lightning department...That's if this is for an all lite sorc

Hey icp u are asking a very simple question , but it seems you have not stated that you are making a lighting/cold sorc u said u needed help building a "Lighting" sorc... if you would have said something about that in the first place you wouldnt have wasted so much time argueing over such a pointless topic. And now to answer your question if you are going to be doing cold and lighting i recomend maxing Frozen orb, cold mastery , the synergy for frozen orb , Thunderstorm , and lighting mastery ..
